Executive Team

 

Alcontrol has many years of experience in running specialist service businesses and lab operations. Our organisation comprises three divisions with 9 business units all led by an accountable director.

Above all each director is responsible for customer satisfaction of our clients in that business. With only limited central services and staff each director has financial and operating accountability to make the best decisions for their business.

Our executive committee meets monthly, determines investment strategy, capital allocation, shares experience and has combined responsibility for ALcontrol lean labs program and substantial IT investments.
